Nourish — Feed Tracker
Support
A gentle, focused feeding tracker for the early weeks and beyond — log breast and bottle feeds, watch patterns emerge, and free up your hands for the baby.
Frequently asked questions
-
How do I track a feed?
From the home screen, tap the left or right breast button to start an active session, or tap Log (the center tab) to record a bottle feed or a feed that already happened.
During an active session you can switch sides with one tap, pause if you need to (the timer freezes — including on your lock-screen widget), and end the session when you're done. Nourish saves the times, durations, and per-side minutes automatically.
-
How do I sync across devices?
Sign in on each device with the same account — either Sign in with Apple or the same email and password. Once signed in, your baby profile and feeding history sync automatically through your private Firebase storage.
Syncing happens in the background whenever the device has an internet connection. If a session was logged offline, it'll appear on your other devices the next time the app comes online.
-
How do I export my data?
To request a full export of your feeding history and baby profile in a portable format (CSV or JSON), email schnarch.yael@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We'll send your data back within a few business days.
-
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your authentication record, your baby profile, and every feeding session from our systems. The action cannot be undone.
If you can't sign in to perform this yourself, email schnarch.yael@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll handle deletion for you.
-
How do I contact support?
Email schnarch.yael@gmail.com. Nourish is built by an independent developer, so replies come directly from a real person — usually within a couple of days. If you're reporting a bug, please include your iOS version and the steps to reproduce; it makes the fix much faster.
